That’s how my career change began in 1997. Not just from the IT business to the massage business. Until that moment I divided the world into people I loved and could therefore play a role in my life and people who were stupid and therefore had to go. I made the step from analyzing and programming to touching.
It was the beginning of a game, where people were given job names such as “gratitude”, “understanding”, “compassion”. For a weekend workshop I moved among people with those names, which changed all my stories. For example, I met “Compassion” in the toilet, “Harmony” walked in when I hugged my husband and “Truth” turned out not to be very keen to see me, even though I took it for granted because she lived in my hometown. I no longer had to exclude anyone: everyone provided information through the dynamics of the movement. Even if they were stupid. Especially when they were stupid.
Later I understood that this was the principle of constellation work. I received this tool from Ton van Schaik . With its principles I have developed the art of conflict, which aims to recognize a conflict as a dance of your desires and your protection.
